Three days ago, I saw this video on my Facebook news feed posted by my cousin. To my curiosity I checked the video and I found out that it is a trailer of an international film entitled “Subject: I Love You”. Upon viewing the video, I found out that it is a movie pertaining to the known “I Love You Virus” which originated here in the Philippines that affects many computer systems all over the world including Pentagon and CIA. The movie has also a very catchy tag line which is “”The story about how saying ‘I love you’ almost ruined the world…”.
I was surprised when I saw Jericho Rosales, a Filipino actor, as the main character and was team up with Briana Evigan, the lead star of the worldwide blockbuster hit “Step Up 2 – The Streets”. There are also other international actors and actresses like Kristin Bauer and Dean Cain. Gary Valenciano, Apl.de. Ap, Dante Basco are also included in the list of cast.
Subject: I Love You is produced by Tectonic Films and Radiant Studios. There will be a world premiere at NewPort Beach Film Festival 2011 this coming April 30th 2011 in Lido Theater around 5:30 PM. I hope that this exciting movie will be shown in the Philippines and I will surely watch it.
