1. First is to download the software update for Cherry Mobile SUPERION here. (You can also get it on the Cherry Mobile Website) approximately 122mb
2. Extract the zip file anywhere in your computer.
3. Copy the file FM6-316R-0-5019-A01.nb0 to your SD card. Make sure it is placed in the root folder of your SD card and not saved in a folder.
4. Rename the file FM6-316R-0-5019-A01.nb0 to firmware.nb0.
5. Insert your SD card with the software update file into your Cherry Mobile Superion.
6. In order to install the update, you must be in the bootloader mode. To enter bootloader mode, press and hold the volume up & down buttons+ power button until you see several options
