The first ever State of the Nation Address of the new President of the Republic of the Philippines was held today. President Noynoy delivered his SONA at the at the Plenary Hall of Batasang Pambasa. Too bad, I wasn’t able to watch because I had class until 5pm. That’s why when I got home, I searched for the transcript of President Noynoy’s SONA.
