Manny Villar Concedes and Congratulates Noynoy Aquino
After the 82% election turnouts had been canvassed and being in the 3rd place of the presidential race, Senator Manny Villar had given up the fight for the precidency. Senator Manny Villar conceded to Noynoy Aquino and ask the people to work behind him. The Senator also congratulates Noynoy Aquino after garnering a favorable 12million votes.
Noynoy Aquino is leading with over 4million votes against Erap Estrada and 8million votes against Manny Villar.

I am not a PROVillar, but Senator Manny Villar showed politcal sportmanship and humility. Accepting one’s defeat is very manly that’s why I personally respect and salute Senator Manny Villar for his action.
