Last Tuesday, May 10, 2011 Juan Manuel Marquez’s camp agreed and sign the contractual offer of the Top Rank Promoter, Bob Arum. Marquez mentioned that the fight will be on November 12, 2011 with a 144 pounds weight, meaning the bout is a Championship Welterweight match since Manny Pacquiao is the current title holder. But the finality of the arrangement is on the hands of Manny Pacquiao if he would accept the contract.
According to the news, Manny Pacquiao confirmed to ABS-CBN during his victory party for his win against Mosley, that the fight between him and Juan Manuel Marquez is on and people should watch out for it. Pacquiao haven’t seen and sign the contract yet, but it seems that the Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 is Official and Final.
Marquez is guaranteed to take home $5 million and a percentage on the PPV revenue. And if ever Marquez win, he will get $10 million for another rematch. As for Manny Pacquiao, it’s probably no less than $20 million just like his previous fight againt Sugar Shane Mosley.
