How Commute from Cavite to Gilmore?

Last Friday, January 28, 2010, I went to Gilmore Avenue in Quezon City to buy an Intel i5 2500 Processor and a Gigabyte Motherboard right after my midterm examination. From Cavite, I was able to reach Gilmore Avenue almost one and a half hour. If you don’t know how to get there here’s what I did.

How to reach Gilmore from Cavite.

1. From SM Bacoor, I rode a bus up to EDSA MRT/LRT Station. (25php from SM bacoor)

2. I rode a LRT up to Doroteo Jose Station. I walk through the footbridge connecting LRT 1 to LRT 2.  You can also take  MRT  up to Cubao(Farmer’s Station). (15php LRT)

3. I took LRT – 2 up to Gilmore Station. If you choose MRT, you should take LRT-2 but the east bound train. (I guess it was 2 station away from Cubao to Gilmore). (13php to Gilmore)

4. And that’s it. You are already in Gilmore. Enjoy shopping.

I spent a total of 53 pesos on a 1 way travel multiply it by 2 and that will be 106 pesos, roughly ($2.40). I think it is the best and cheapest way in getting there.
