Gloria Macapagal Arroyo Won Congress in Pampanga

The outgoing president, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo has been proclaimed as the winner of Pampanga’s 2nd District Congressional Race. Arroyo was proclaimed around 7pm, May 12, 2010 after winning by landslide over her three opponents.

Here are the tally of votes:

2 SAMPANG, Filipinas Rosario D. 6,654
3 SERRANO, Feliciano G. 3,389
4 SIMPAO, Adonis F. 19,516
