Last Sunday, rumors about Facebook shutting down had been lurking the world wide web most especially in Twitter and Facebook itself. Members of the said social networking site are shocked about the report from “Weekly World News” stating that Facebook will be totally shut down on March 15, 2011. They even quoted Zuckerburg saying ““Facebook has gotten out of control” and “the stress of managing this company has ruined my life. I need to put an end to all the madness”, it was the primary reason of the shutdown. The report seems to be real because even the Vice President of Facebook said something about the shutdown.
As for me, it is merely impossible to close that easily a multi billion company with a total worth of 7.9 billion dollars. And it turns out that I am right after reading a post from the Facebook Page denying the shut down. It says
“We didn’t get the memo about shutting down, so we’ll keep working away like always. We aren’t going anywhere; we’re just getting started.”
